The Herbert R. & Jeanne C. Mayer Foundation (the “Mayer Foundation,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to respecting your privacy rights and concerns. As such, we have established and implemented this Privacy Policy to inform you of the treatment and handling of personal information that we may learn about you from using our website at https://themayerfoundation.org (the “Site”), and from applying for our grant program (the “Program”). By using or accessing our Site or participating in the Program in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below and the policies outlined in our Terms of Use, and you hereby consent that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, then you should immediately discontinue use of our Site or our Program, without providing us with any personal information.

Professional and/or Employment Information
We may collect your job title, the name of your employer, and your work email address, work address, and work phone number.
